Shipments are handled by DHL (2–7 days) or DPD (2–4 days), depending on your location.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a valid tracking number.
I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs checks or carrier-related issues (e.g., weather disruptions, mechanical problems, packages marked undeliverable, incorrect addresses, etc.).
Customs duties, and taxes are your responsibility — I do not collect or cover these charges.
KIFE CARE
Dry after use
Always wipe your knife — especially carbon steel — thoroughly after cleaning to prevent rust.
Sharpen regularly
Maintain a sharp edge by honing when needed, ideally with fine water stones for best results.
Oil the handle
Occasionally treat the handle with natural oil to shield it from moisture and refresh its appearance.
Avoid hard cutting surfaces
Steer clear of cutting on glass, stone, or ceramic, as these can dull or chip the blade. Use wooden or softer boards instead.
Skip the dishwasher
High heat, strong detergents, and water exposure can ruin a knife. Hand-wash only.
Don’t cut frozen items
Very hard foods can damage thin edges. Use the knife only for tasks it’s designed to handle.
Store with protection
Keep the knife in a sheath, blade guard, or separate compartment to prevent contact with other hard objects.
